The food was disappointing! it wasn't always cooked properly. fruit options lacked variety. I mostly saw honeydew or canned fruit. the bed linens were only changed once, on the third day after i arrived, and not again. it was a frustrating experience.

the location was pretty good, close to the main strip.
The food was definitely a letdown. I found raw chicken one night, and the restaurant manager didn't seem to care at all (i even saw a chef using the same utensils for raw and cooked chicken!). plus, when i ordered a burger from the snack bar, it was also raw, and the staff just threw it away with no apology, it seems like i had to constantly check to ensure my meals were thoroughly cooked. getting help from the staff was difficult, and it took a long time to register a complaint.

the food choices were excellent during my all-inclusive stay. the buffet offered plentiful options in a great style, with different fish and meat choices each day. i particularly enjoyed the chef's counter where items were freshly cooked. i found this really valuable and the staff worked very hard to look after guests.
i noticed there wasn't a chart showing the variety of drinks available, like the one for ice creams. i only discovered part way through the week that a 'baileys' alternative existed. it would be helpful if this was more clearly displayed in the bar area.

the double room had comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. housekeeping kept everything tidy, providing fresh towels and amenities each day. the room also had a small balcony, it overlooked a quiet side street.

the reception staff were helpful with check-in and provided useful information. the bar staff were always quick and efficient, even during busy periods. i didn't encounter any problems that weren't promptly addressed.

breakfast included a wide array of options such as omelets and pancakes cooked fresh. lunch and dinner offered themed international cuisine each evening. fresh steak was prepared while you waited, during both lunch and dinner.

excellent foodfresh itemsattentive staff
i found the food choices excellent i liked the different fish and meat options available daily the chef freshly cooked items i discovered that a baileys was an option at the bar which was a pleasant surprise the staff worked hard ensuring guests were well looked after.
i noticed the pool areas were on the smaller side although still adequate.

the hotel has two main pools and two whirlpool style pools some umbrellas provide shade a bar is also located near one of the pools pool towels are available for a refundable deposit.

the double room i stayed in had comfortable beds there was a fridge in the room the room was cleaned daily room service was good the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job maintaining cleanliness.
